Screech Owl Brewing/ Spent Grain Cafe' is a Micro-Brewery and Family Style Restaurant with a full menu--We use maple syrup in our Bourbon Maple Sauce which is served hot, Maple Syrup in our Cream Cheese Maple Icing for some of our pastries. We are located on a working farm in Preston County. Screech Owl Brewing is the Oldest Craft Brewery in Preston County.
