Directions: All roads lead to White Grass! Located at 643 Weiss Knob Ski Road Davis WV 26260, off Route 32 and at the end of Freeland Road in Canaan Valley, WV. Winter can make driving challenging and our parking lot is usually windy and oftentimes icy. Please use caution on Freeland Road as two cars can barely fit. We are in the southern end of Canaan on Freeland Road off Route 32. The red lodge is about two miles down this lane up in a wide open pasture at the base of the old ski slope. There are tricks to getting here, yet be sure to take your time and feel the mountain magic as you draw near. Many of the local roads are one and half lanes wide (including ours) so slow up a bit in winter. Our parking lot is usually windy and oftentimes icy. Arrive ready to ski your legs off! Maple Day Activities: Limited selection of Canaan Valley Maple products available for sale. Maple special will be served in the cafe made with Canaan Valley Maple Syrup! Come ski under the same tubing lines the maple sap runs through that makes Canaan Valley Maple Syrup!
