The Cornell Maple Program wants to understand any concerns that you may have with sap storage and spoilage. We understand the maple season is intense while it lasts, and sap sometimes comes faster than you can process it. This survey will give us data to help design solutions that are applicable to your needs.

2023 International Maple Conference
October 26-28 • Sturbridge, Massachusetts

IT’S BACK!

September 15-19 in beautiful Lake Placid, NY

If you are interested in or part of the sweet life, these four amazing days of diving into the science and art of maple production are for you! The camp will be held at the Cornell University Uihlein Maple Research Forest and Heaven Hill Farm, with lakeside lodging at the Rock-E House. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the camp registration.
