Wow ! Only 2 weeks before our May 21 Annual Meeting and May 20 Grading and Quality Workshop.
To those who have already registered, please see the New Information in bold below to RSVP for lunch if you wish to join us in the dining hall.
Our Annual Meeting promises to be its usual great opportunity for all of us to get together, share our maple experiences of this last season and catch up on all the good things happening here in our special southern corner of the maple world.
Our Association is hosting an extra special Dinner Banquet at no cost to all attendees. The Jacksons Mill Dining Hall is rolling out the red carpet for a wonderful dinner, even table linens ! Please click here to sign up via the registration link ASAP for dinner as we must provide head count.
New Information: Lunch will also be served mid day at the Mill. Cost is $12/person. Please sign up separately as we also must provide a head count. (This is not included in the registration link so please email your RSVP webmaster@wvmspa.org.)
Also, remember to pay your annual dues, or be prepared with a checkbook at the meeting.

PS. from your webmaster, Tina: It was my misunderstanding that the lunch was included in the registration and that it was provided by the association. However, if you want to join us in the dining hall for lunch, it is $12 per person. You can pay Tom Salvetti when you arrive. He needs a headcount ASAP though. Again, please RSVP for lunch to me at webmaster@wvmspa.org and I will give Tom my counts. I have updated my previous post about the meeting, as well as the event calendar description.
