The marketing study for promoting Appalachian Maple Syrup (in particular in the Monongahela Forest) has just finished. The marketing firm, MESH, has developed a logo for stickers and seals, and a story card as a start for branding and marketing “Appalachian Maple Syrup”. The Woodlands Community Lenders helped fund this work.
This was a very nice piece of marketing work by MESH, and we (the WVMSPA) will be following through with acknowledgement of the impact of this work to the organizations that granted the monies. Hopefully we can continue to work with these organizations in the future to further promote Maple Syrup in Appalachia.
